Cafe Capistrano is the only authentic Mayan style restaurant in Half Moon Bay, so don’t expect the usual Taqueria Mexican food. The owner Arturo is from the Yucatan area of Mexico near Cancun. Delicious food with unique spicing and healthy fresh ingredients can always be expected at Cafe Capistrano. The restaurant is in old Victorian house that provides a cozy ambiance. Fish tacos are fresh and excellent, perhaps the best in the area! “Just a good place to eat” and a local favorite.
