The Fishtrap is probably the busiest restaurant in Princeton. Its success is attributed to fresh seafood and a genuine desire to ensure that their customers are satisfied, full and happy. Although it seems like it’s been the same forever, the restaurant has evolved over the years to become one of the most recognized restaurants in Half Moon Bay. Authentic and unpretentious, Barbara’s has been a coastside staple for over forty years. Locals and tourists line up everyday for a casual California style seafood meal overlooking the beautiful Half Moon Bay harbor. Popular dishes include fish and chips, clam chowder and fried calamari.

One Review

  1. excellent food, tho’ quite a tourist trap and sometimes hard to get seating. Living in the local mountains, it is a real treat to figure how to et there w/out being run over by tourists… week days at about 2 is pretty good!
