The Happy Taco is a long time favorite around Half Moon Bay often visited more by locals than passers through. Walking down from Half Moon Bay High School as a freshman you quickly learn Happy Taco is the closest place to eat. Happy Taco serves authentic fresh Mexican food with a free salsa bar. The menu has all of the usual items found at Mexican restaurants and is prepared quickly. Delicious flan and other deserts are also available. Seating can occasionally fill up, but usually Happy Taco is not too busy, and always a good choice for a fast filling quality meal.
